1. Agreement

By creating an account or using TSpace ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By signing up, you confirm you meet this requirement and that you are permitted to use the Service in your jurisdiction.

3. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• Post false, misleading, or deceptive content (including fake trading data or manipulated proof images)
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the Service for spam or unsolicited communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other accounts
• Use automated means to access the Service (except as we permit)
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Content and intellectual property

Your content: You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting content, you grant us a license to use, store, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the Service.

Our content: TSpace, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our permission.

6. Trading and financial disclaimer

TSpace is a trading journal and community platform. It is not financial, investment, or trading advice. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Your capital may be at risk. We do not endorse any trading strategy, asset, or third-party service. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

7. Third-party services

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services (e.g. prop firms, brokers). We are not responsible for their terms, practices, or content. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR $100 IF GREATER).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may delete your account at any time via Settings or by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases.

12. Dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

14. Payments, refunds, and subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are billed via Stripe (web) or the App Store (iOS). Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel. You may cancel at any time via Settings → Manage subscription (web) or your device subscription settings (app). Refunds are handled per Stripe or App Store refund policies.
